Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Doctor Academy account and its associated data directly from the mobile app. Follow the steps below.
1. Open the app and log in
Launch Doctor Academy on your phone and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to your Account
From the bottom navigation or menu, open the Account section of the app.
3. Tap Edit Account
On your account page, tap "Edit Account" to open your account settings.
4. Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of the edit screen and tap the "Delete Account" button.
5. Confirm deletion
Review the confirmation dialog and confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately and you'll be signed out.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your access to Doctor Academy, including your course progress, certificates, and purchase history. This action cannot be undone from within the app.
